Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired in connection with a road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof, in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and further declares that area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59678, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47B/729, South Auckland Land Registry.
