Cancellation of the Vesting in The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy hereby cancels the vesting in The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council and revokes the reservation over the reserve for rabbit board buildings described in the Schedule hereto.
