Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development, hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1994, No. 3.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Ruapehu District

District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Ruapehu District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that area “E”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59382, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 1247, folio 8, South Auckland Land Registry.

An Easement Over Land, Acquired in Connection With a Limited Access Road, in Rodney District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement in perpetuity over the land described in the Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen and her heirs, successors and assigns the rights and powers set forth in the first paragraph of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby acquired, in connection with a limited access road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette and the said easement shall be forever appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
