(g) The attainment of a high level of fluency of both Maori and English.

Constitution of the board of trustees. The board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori A Rohe O Rakaumanga shall comprise:

(a) seven elected parent representatives;

(b) the principal of the school;

(d) six co-opted members.

Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977

Permission to Conduct Within New Zealand a Lottery Promoted Outside New Zealand

Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Warren Cooper, the Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit Singapore Airlines to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme for Singapore Airlines.

Schedule

Conditions

The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:

(1) Singapore Airlines shall not conduct the competition in New Zealand after 15 November 1994.

(2) The results of the lottery shall be published in the Sunday Star Times on:

August Draw	10 September 1994
September Draw	08 October 1994
October Draw	12 November 1994
Grand Final Draw	26 November 1994

Winners shall be notified by certified mail.

(3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to extra cost as a result of winning a prize. If a connecting flight is required for a New Zealand winner to take up the prize they choose, Singapore Airlines will pay for that flight.

(4) The chance of a New Zealand participant winning shall be equal to that of an overseas participant.
