Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:

(i) Areas “P” and “R”, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 48843, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 34D/654, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 844437.5 and H. 091310.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “Q” and “T”, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 48843, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 348, folio 245, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 172491.4 and H. 365575.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Areas “L” and “M”, now known as Sections 4 and 5, S.O. 48844 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 399, folio 77, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 172491.4 and H. 365575.5, South Auckland Land Registry.
