Road Realignment (Pahiatua Track) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 517, folio 36, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. B. 101669.3.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 517, folio 36, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. B. 101669.3.

Amending Notice

Stopped Road to be Vested and Land Severed by Road Taken in Hurunui District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 17th day of February 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 25th day of February 1993, No. 25 at page 543, by inserting in the declaration at the end of paragraph (a) the words “which amalgamated title shall be limited as to parcels”.
