Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1994, No. 2.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Survey and Land Information

Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road, Block VIII, Opoe and Block I, Ahipara Survey District in Far North District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Far North District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on publication of this notice that the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

20.0000 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road adjoining Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 64320, Lots 2, 3 and 6, D.P. 134738 and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 156631, situated in Block VIII, Opoe and Block I, Ahipara Survey Districts. Shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 67214, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Stopped in Waipa District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59796, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50D/727, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 416926, South Auckland Land Registry.
