Customs Act 1966

Appointment of Customs Airport at Invercargill

Pursuant to section 30 of the Customs Act 1966, the Minister of Customs hereby appoints Invercargill Airport described in the Schedule hereto, to be a Customs Airport.

Schedule

Invercargill Airport comprises land of a total area of 113.0079 hectares detailed as follows:

(i) 95.5895 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 13285 and Lot 1, Deposited Plan 12334 and being part Sections 19, 22, 26 and 28, Block XXI, Invercargill Hundred.

(ii) 16.3101 hectares, more or less, situated in the City of Invercargill, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 7787 and being part Section 19, Block XXI, Invercargill Hundred.

(iii) 805 square metres, more or less, situated in the City of Invercargill, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 9671 and being Section 32 and part Section 28, Block XXI, Invercargill Hundred.

(iv) 278 square metres, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 13069 and being part Section 28, Block XXI, Invercargill Hundred.
