Education Act 1989

Dissolution of Te Puke Primary School Board of Trustees and Appointment of Commissioner

Pursuant to section 106 (1) (aa) of the Education Act 1989, for the reason that so many casual vacancies have arisen that there is no longer any member of the Board who is eligible to preside at meetings of the Board, I hereby dissolve the Te Puke Primary School Board of Trustees and appoint Mrs Anne Burnett as Commissioner to act in its place.

Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Nga Taonga Tuturu Ki Tokomaru Amendment Notice 1994

Pursuant to section 155 (8) (b) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager Implementation, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Nga Taonga Tuturu Ki Tokomaru Amendment Notice 1994.

  2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  3. Clause 5 of the notice entitled “Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Nga Taonga Tuturu Ki Tokomaru”, published in the New Zealand Gazette on 14 January 1993, No. 2, page 6, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“5 Constitution of the Board of Trustees—The Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Nga Taonga Tuturu Ki Tokomaru shall comprise:

(a) 5 elected parent representatives; and

(b) the principal; and

(c) a staff representative; and

(d) not more than 4 persons co-opted by the board.”

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Patrick’s School, Paraparaumu.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 26th day of May 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
