Pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act 1948, notice is hereby given that Landcorp Investments Limited at Wellington, with the approval of the Minister of Lands, has by resolution declared the lease described in the Schedule hereto forfeited, and that the land is thereby reverted to Landcorp Investments Limited.

Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Hokonui and Wendonside Survey Districts

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Southland District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

13.00 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road, situated in Block V, Wendonside and Block XXIII, Hokonui Survey Districts; shown marked “A”, “B”, “C” and “D” on S.O. Plan 12018.

17.80 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road, situated in Blocks XXIII and XXI, Hokonui Survey District; shown marked “A”, “B” and “C” on S.O. Plan 12019.

3.50 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road, situated in Block XXI, Hokonui and Block VIII, Wendonside Survey Districts; shown marked “A” and “B” on S.O. Plan 12020.

As shown on the above mentioned plans, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill.

Amending a Notice Realiang Road in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of March 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 March 1994, No. 25, page 1121, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by deleting “B. 112342.4” from paragraph (b) and substituting “B. 197208.2”.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of December 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 December 1993, No. 181, page 3764, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by deleting “statutory land charges S. 629942 and H. 504814 and to” from paragraph (d) (ii).
