be equivalent to 6% of the seasonally-adjusted, average price for new season’s wool sold at auction (the market indicator) during the calendar month 2 months prior to the month in which the levy became payable or, if there were no auctions during that month, during the last calendar month before it in which there was an auction, adjusted to reflect an average yield for slipe wool of 85% and less the average selling charges and testing costs on auction-sold wool for the previous season, as calculated by the Wool Board.
(e) In respect of wool on the skin, 3% of the gross proceeds received from the sale of the sheepskin, being a 6% levy on half of the gross proceeds from its sale.
(f) In respect of wool which is to be sold for the first time outside New Zealand, 6% of the f.o.b. value of the wool less any costs, for example testing, selling, crushing, scouring and dumping, which have been incurred by the grower prior to export and which can be substantiated by the levy collection agent to the satisfaction of the Wool Board. The cost of transport will not be deductible.

Conservation Act 1987
Authorisation of the Exchange of Land Held for Conservation Purposes (Stewardship Area) for Other Land
Pursuant to section 16A of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of land held for conservation purposes (stewardship area) described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
First Schedule
South Auckland Land District—Thames-Coromandel District
1.0151 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. S. 43810 (undeposited), situated in Block V, Otama Survey District.

Reserves Act 1977
Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Lake Waiparaheka Scientific Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scientific reserve, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Lake Waiparaheka Scientific Reserve.
