Road Stopped in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Parts III and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares that:

(i) The area of stopped road firstly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 47135, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22B/763, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 932906.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 2, S.O. 47135, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 49D/163, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The area of stopped road thirdly described shall be dealt with as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the said land thirdly described to be set apart for Waitomo Stream Bed.

(d) Pursuant to section 118, declares the area of stopped road fourthly described to be esplanade reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District.

As shown coloured as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 47135, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Westland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that the area marked “D” on the plan shall be administered by the Department of Conservation, dealt with as Crown land.

Pursuant to section 52 (1) (d) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
