Land Acquired for Road in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

South Auckland Land District

1440 square metres, situated in Block V, Waihi South Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 32310; as shown “A” on S.O. Plan 59494, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken at Tiroiti in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(1) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 87 and shall vest in the Crown on the 12th day of May 1994.

(2) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “G” and “H” on S.O. Plan 23643 and “D” on S.O. Plan 23642, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 159/153;

(ii) The area marked “I” on S.O. Plan 23643, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 187/3;

(iii) The areas marked “D” and “E” on S.O. Plan 23581, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 106/134.

(3) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 159/153.
