Declaring Land Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares the Crown land in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for the generation of electricity.

All that land containing 2206.6620 hectares, being Sections 13, 14 and 15, Block XVIII, Leaning Rock Survey District, and Part Run 238D Cromwell, Leaning Rock and Wakefield Survey Districts.

Land to be Declared Road and Road Stopped in Block V, Invercargill Hundred

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Statutory Operations, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(1) The area firstly described, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 9D/736, subject to existing encumbrances.

(2) The area secondly described, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5A/333, subject to existing encumbrances.
