Change of the Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, hereby changes the classification of those parts of Nellie Jull Park, described in the Schedule below, from recreation reserve to local purpose (recreation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Central Hawke’s Bay District Council on the 7th day of April 1994:

That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Central Hawke’s Bay District Council resolved that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule, is declared to be a local purpose (recreation) reserve within the meaning of the Act and to form part of Nellie Jull Park.
