Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

12.7740 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 10728, situated in Block XV, Pakawau Survey District.

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a scientific reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

21.6512 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 63987, situated in Block XVI, Omarere Survey District.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the North Shore City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in and towards the improvements of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

265 square metres, more or less, being Lot 27, D.P. 20106, situated in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District. Part certificate of title 503/188.

Revocation of a Part of a Declaration That Private Land Shall be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes that part of the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 July 1986, No. 102, page 2833, declaring that the private land shall be protected private land for scientific purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act, over that part of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, revokes the
