Reserves Act 1977

Reclassification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose reserve (neighbourhood), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

3440 square metres, more or less, being Lot 21, D.P. 40869, situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District.

0.5 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 42745, situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Wellington, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Porirua City Council on the 6th day of July 1993:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Porirua City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
