Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Gisborne District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) declares the road in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares;

(i) The area marked J (now known as Section 1, S.O. 7323) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 4D/1290 subject to Mortgage 166795.3.

(ii) The area marked K (now known as Section 2, S.O. 7323) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 128/24.
