Land Acquired for Road, Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Severed by Road in Blocks LXIX and LXX, Hokonui Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Gore District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Gore District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares those portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The portion of road firstly described, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8C/883, subject to existing encumbrances.

(ii) The portion of road secondly described, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 143/256, subject to existing encumbrances.

(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be taken, and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8C/883, subject to existing encumbrances.

Land to be Acquired for Recreation Reserve, Land to be Declared Crown Land, and Land Declared to be Road in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to Parts II, III and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Blenheim:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be acquired for a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

(b) Pursuant to section 42 (3), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be road and vested in The Marlborough District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
