Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that the road described in the First Schedule hereto, has ceased to be road and shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be severance and shall be vested in the Crown, subject to the Land Act 1948.
