Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in Block I, Oteramika and Block VIII, Invercargill Hundreds

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and when so stopped to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6C/500, subject to existing encumbrances.

Notice of Intention to Take Land (Section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981) Takapuna Beachfront (Part Allotment 81 of the Parish of Takapuna) for Road

Notice is hereby given that The North Shore City Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, intends to take part of the land described in the Schedule hereto, to link Anzac Road and The Strand and to provide service access to the commercial area.

Notice was given under section 18 of the Public Works Act 1981 in October 1993 and a plan showing the proposed land take was attached to that notice.

The taking is considered reasonably necessary for the safe and convenient use of the roads within the Takapuna commercial area.

Any person having an estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto may within 20 working days after the date of this notice send an objection to the
