Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, the areas described in the First Schedule hereto to be taken for road and vested in The New Plymouth District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the areas of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the road described in the Second Schedule now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 13357, when stopped, to be vested in Desmond John Brophy and Robyn Sandra Brophy and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 128, folio 178 Ltd., subject to memorandum of mortgage 383444.6 and to forestry right 350314.

Land Acquired in Connection with a Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired in connection with a road, and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested and Land Taken in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares that:

(i) The portions of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10A/1077, subject to memorandum of mortgage 317432.6.

(ii) The portion of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9A/492.

(iii) The portions of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 116, folio 225, subject to memorandum of mortgage 277790.7.

(iv) The portions of stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/1244, subject to memorandum of mortgage 277790.7.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares:

(i) The land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 116, folio 225, subject to memorandum of mortgage 277790.7.
