Vesting of a Reserve in The Westland District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the West Coast Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in The Westland District Council in trust for local purposes (hall site) subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (quarry) reserve over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Kaipara District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account, such moneys to be used towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Porirua City Council on the 5th day of November 1993:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Porirua City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of section 17 of the said Act.”

Revocation of a Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for municipal purposes over the lands, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by The Porirua City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
