Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

2.66 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 23926, situated in Block X, Leaning Rock Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1993, page 2628.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of inclusion as part of the Korou Marae, situated on Ahipara 2B25 for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Moroki Tribe.

Notice Redefining Purposes of a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 9, page 208, are hereby redefined as for the common use and benefit of the Ngatirangi and Ngatiuenuku sub tribes of the Wainui Tribe, as a Maori Reservation for the purposes of a meeting place, recreation ground and papakainga.

Pursuant to section 439 (5) (b) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, set apart by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 51, page 1324 of the 18th day of July 1957 is hereby cancelled.
