Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of the Appointment of The Auckland City Council to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting the Same Reserve in the Auckland City Council
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of The Auckland City Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said land as a local purpose (community building) reserve in The Auckland City Council, in trust, for that purpose as from the 1st day of March 1994.
Furthermore, the vesting is in consideration of The Auckland City Council paying the consideration to the Crown (Department of Conservation) and that if the said reserve, or any part or parts of the said reserve, is to be revested in the Crown, pursuant to section 27 of the Reserves Act 1977, or any similar provision, then The Auckland City Council shall receive compensation for the land so revested. The compensation shall be assessed as though it were an assessment under the provisions of Part V of the Public Works Act 1981, or any statutory amendment thereto.

Classification and Vesting of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose (aerodrome) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, vests the said reserve in The Auckland City Council, in trust, for those purposes as from the 1st day of March 1994.
Furthermore, the vesting is in consideration of The Auckland City Council paying the consideration to the Crown (Department of Conservation) and that if the said reserve, or any part or parts of the said reserve, is to be revested in the Crown pursuant to section 27 of the Reserves Act 1977 or any similar provision, then The Auckland City Council shall receive compensation for the land so revested. The compensation shall be assessed as though it were an assessment under the provisions of Part V of the Public Works Act 1981 or any statutory amendment thereto.
