Petrochemical Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 7th day of February 1994, the Petrochemical Industry Training Organisation Incorporated, was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Petrochemical Industry. It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework as follows: Plant/Process Operations in the Exploration/Production, Hydrocarbon Refining and Petrochemical Processing sectors of the Petrochemical Industry and Petrochemical Industry specific skills: Geoscientists, Engineers (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Process), Mechanical Instrumentation and Electrical Tradespersons, Metering and Telemetry Technicians and Cathodic Technicians.

Whereas:

STEPHEN DOUGLAS BUDD of Papakura, labourer, the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto, is absent from New Zealand or dead and the Public Trustee, having made due enquiry does not know of any agent or administrator in New Zealand with authority to take possession of and administer the property.

The gross value of the property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed $4,000.

The Public Trustee is satisfied that he should become manager for the property.
Now therefore, the Public Trustee in exercise of the authority conferred upon him by section 80 (2) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, hereby elects to be manager of the property under Part V of the said Act.
Schedule
An undivided one-seventh share or interest as tenant in common in all that parcel of land containing 455 square metres be the same a little more or less, being part Pukehimau Block, situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District and being all of the land contained and described in certificate of title 8C/100 (South Auckland Registry) limited as to parcels subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.
