Amending a Notice, Realigning Road in Hamilton City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice, dated the 10th day of December 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 16th day of December 1993, No. 181, at page 3765, realigning road in Hamilton City by inserting “, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59640,” between the words “hereto” and “to” in paragraph (b).

Road Realignment in Rotorua District

Pursuant to Parts III and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Rotorua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and pursuant to section 52, further declares the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59237, to be set apart for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Rotorua District Council.

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that areas “U”, “V”, “X”, “Y”, and “H”, now known as Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4, S.O. 58282 and Section 3, S.O. 58283 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1210, folio 167, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 285850.4 and H. 533276.7, South Auckland Land Registry.
