Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1994, No. 9.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 1) in Taupo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that areas "J" and "K", now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 56594 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 49B/320, subject to section 438 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and to memorandum of mortgage H. 918474, South Auckland Land Registry.
