Road Realignment (State Highway No. 25) in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that area "E" now known as Section 2, S.O. 59744, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1103, folio 2, South Auckland Land Registry.

9322 square metres, being part Section 12, Hikuai Settlement; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 59744, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

5600 square metres, adjoining part Section 12, Hikuai Settlement and Section 1, Block III, Tairua Survey District; as shown marked “F” on S.O. Plan 59744, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

5174 square metres, adjoining part Section 12, Hikuai Settlement; as shown marked “E” on S.O. Plan 59744, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land Acquired in Connection With the Auckland-Waiwera Motorway in Rodney District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired, subject to a fencing covenant in transfer 016948.2, and proclamation 957299.1 defining the Middle Line of a transmission line, North Auckland Land Registry, in connection with the Auckland-Waiwera Motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Aerodrome Purposes in Far North District

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for aerodrome purposes and shall vest in Kerikeri Airport Corporation Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Kaikohe, on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Rodney District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Rodney District Council, and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped, and

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the
