Reserves Act 1977

Classification and Naming of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Protection Manager, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the reserve shall be known as the Waghorn Scenic Reserve.

Declaration That Land Shall be a Walkway

Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that a walkway has been established over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the walkway shall be known as the Barnicoat Walkway.

Revocation of a Declaration That Land Shall be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Rotorua Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice declaring the land in the Schedule hereto to be protected private land published in New Zealand Gazette, 1978, page 1866.
