Education Lands Act 1949

Land Declared No Longer Needed for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, John Graeme Simpson, National Property Manager, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

The lands described in the Schedule to this notice are no longer required for education purposes.
This notice shall come into force on 8 December 1994.

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1994, No. 15.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
