Classification of Parts of a Reserve and Naming

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Janet Margaret Coates, Manager (Protection) of the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby classifies the land described in the First Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act, and further declares, that the reserves described in both the First and Second Schedules hereto, be known as the Cox’s Bay Reserve.

3700 square metres, more or less, being Lot 22, D.P. 1898. All certificate of title 51D/816.

7261 square metres, more or less, being Lot 63, D.P. 19195. All certificate of title 623/56.

4031 square metres, more or less, being Lot 329, D.P. 17365. All certificate of title 19A/263.

2545 square metres, more or less, being Lot 25, D.P. 7810. All certificate of title 206/177.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Ruapekapeka Historic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a historic reserve and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Ruapekapeka Historic Reserve.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Whangarei District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve and vests the said reserve in The Whangarei District Council in trust for that purpose.
