650 metres measured northerly, generally, along Andersons Road from No. 89 State Highway (Wanaka-Mount Iron); thence across Andersons Road at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence northerly, generally, along that roadside to the southern side of Aubrey Road; thence westerly, generally, along that roadside to a point 200 metres measured easterly, generally, along Aubrey Road from Rata Street; thence across Aubrey Road at right angles from its southern side to its northern side; thence due north to the true right bank of the Clutha River; thence westerly, southerly, westerly and northerly, generally, along that bank and the shore of Lake Wanaka to a point due north of the commencing point; thence due south to the commencing point.
Second Schedule
SITUATED within Queenstown Lakes District at Wanaka:
Wanaka-Mount Aspiring Road: from a point 800 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Sargood Drive to a point 50 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Sargood Drive.

The Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 1, 1994
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 1, 1994.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The Traffic (Tuakau Borough and Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1985, signed on the 14th day of February 1985*, and the Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1972 dated on the 19th day of September 1972†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, are revoked.
So much of the Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 1, 1992, signed on the 6th day of July 1992‡, which relates to roads in the Schedules below issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.

Clarks Beach Road: from Saddleton Road to a point 1000 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Clarks Beach Road from Saddleton Road.
Second Schedule

At Tuakau:
No. 22 State Highway (Runciman-Tuakau): from Heights Road to a point 430 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Crown Road.
Harrisville Road: from Barnaby Road to a point 1800 metres measured northerly, generally, along Harrisville Road from Barnaby Road.
At Glenbrook:
Glenbrook Road: from Bancroft Lane to a point 700 metres measured easterly, generally, along Glenbrook Road from Bancroft Lane.
At Ramarama:
Ararimu Road: from Maxted Road to Great South Road.

Notice of Indemnity
Notice of indemnity given pursuant to section 59 (1) of the Public Finance Act 1989—The Queen’s Pictures : Old Masters from the Royal Collection—Museum of New Zealand, Te Papa Tongarewa.
Pursuant to section 59 (2) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:
On the 8th day of September 1994, I, William Francis Birch, Minister of Finance, gave an indemnity pursuant to section 59 (1) of the Public Finance Act 1989 to the Museum of New Zealand, Te Papa Tongarewa, in respect of the exhibition, The Queen’s Pictures : Old Masters from the Royal Collection, scheduled to be shown at the Museum of New Zealand, Te Papa Tongarewa from the 15th day of October 1994 to the 23rd day of January 1995.
