The Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1994
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1994.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Waipa County) Notice No. 1, 1985, signed on the 5th day of August 1985*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.
So much of the Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1993, signed on the 12th day of May, 1993†, which relates to roads in the Schedules below and so much of the Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 2, 1992, signed on the 26th day of June 1992‡, which relates to the roads in the Schedules below, both issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, are revoked.

SITUATED within Waipa District at Pirongia:
Beechey Street: from Franklin Street to a point 50 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Beechey Street from Alexandra Cemetery Road.
Franklin Street: from a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, along Franklin Street from Kane Street to Bellot Street.
SITUATED within Waipa District at Te Mawhai:
Cowley Drive.
Deseret Road.
Fosters Road.
Goodwin Terrace.
Market Street.
Maynard Place.
McKay Drive.
Tuihikaramea Road: from a point 540 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Tuihikaramea Road from Fosters Road to a point 410 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along Tuihikaramea Road from Fosters Road.
Wiser Place.
Second Schedule
SITUATED within Waipa District at Cambridge:
Carlyle Street: from Browning Street to Lamb Street.
SITUATED within Waipa District at Pirongia:
Franklin Street: from Bellot Street to Baffin Street.
SITUATED within Waipa District at Te Awamutu:
Golf Road: from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to a point 550 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Golf Road from the said State highway.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Queenstown Lakes District) Notice No. 3, 1994.
The area specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Queenstown Lakes District) Notice No. 1, 1988, signed on the 1st day of August 1988*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.

SITUATED within Queenstown Lakes District at Wanaka:
All roads within the area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern side of the Wanaka-Mount Aspiring Road, 800 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Sargood Drive; thence easterly, generally, along the Wanaka-Mount Aspiring Road to a point 50 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Sargood Drive; thence across Wanaka-Mount Aspiring Road at right angles from its northern side to its southern side; thence south-easterly, generally, by a right line to the intersection of the western side of Stone Street with the southern side of Stone Street; thence easterly, generally, along the southern side of Stone Street to the western side of Cardrona Valley Road; thence northerly, generally, along that roadside, across Stone Street, to a point 20 metres measured southerly, generally, along the Cardrona Valley Road from Golf Course Road; thence across Cardrona Valley Road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence northerly, generally, along that roadside, across Golf Course Road, to the northern side of Golf Course Road; thence along the side of Golf Course Road to the south-western side of Ballantynes Road; thence south easterly, generally, along that roadside, across Golf Course Road, to a point 20 metres measured from south-easterly, generally, along Ballantynes Road from Golf Course Road; thence across Ballantynes Road at right angles from its south-western side to its north-eastern side; thence north-easterly, generally, by a right line to a point on the southern side of No. 89 State Highway (Wanaka-Mount Iron), 50 metres measured easterly, generally, along that roadside from Andersons Road; thence across the said State highway at right angles from its southern side to its northern side; thence easterly, generally, along that side of the said State highway to a point 650 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Andersons Road; thence due north to the southern side of Aubrey Road; thence westerly, generally, along that roadside to the eastern side of Andersons Road; thence southerly, generally, along that side of Andersons Road to a point...
