Revocation of a Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by The Kapiti Coast District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the councils reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Wellington Land District—Kapiti Coast District

1266 square metres, more or less, being those portions of Lot 12, D.P. 64988 and Lot 2, D.P. 67777, contained in Lot 1 on Land Transfer Plan 76392.

20 square metres, more or less, being that portion of Lot 12, D.P. 64988, contained in Lot 5 on Land Transfer Plan 76392.

108 square metres, more or less, being that portion of Lot 2, D.P. 67777, contained in Lot 6 on Land Transfer Plan 76392.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1994, No. 29.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule are, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Change of Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Pompallier House Historic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Northland, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Pompallier House Historic Reserve.
