Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:

(i) Area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59874, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50A/480, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 383101.5, H. 036370.1, H. 235096 and H. 348773. South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “F”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59875, areas “I” and “J”, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 59875, and area “L”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59876, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 42B/49, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 218583.6 and B. 218583.7. South Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in Block XV, Kawhia North Survey District.
As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Situated in Block XV, Kawhia North Survey District.
As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
