Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation of a reserve for the purposes of municipal estate for the Town of Lawrence and its inhabitants, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Appointment to Control and Manage

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby appoints The Masterton District Council to control and manage the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the said Act.

Amendment to Notice

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Wellington, hereby amends an error in the notice entitled Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve published in New Zealand Gazette, 26 August 1993, No. 126, page 2561 by deleting from the Schedule “All New Zealand Gazette notice A043838” and substituting “Part CT 148/117”.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Southland District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and vests the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto, in The Southland District Council in trust for that purpose.
