This is a statement of intention to publish rules in the following CAR Part—

Part 92 — Carriage Dangerous Goods by Air

— pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. The submission time for the proposed part is indicated in the NPRM and is not less than 60 days.

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, as scenic reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
