Land Acquired and held for Street Diversions to Vest in the Rangitikei District Council

Pursuant to sections 50 and 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land acquired and held for street diversion purposes described in the Schedule hereto, shall vest in The Rangitikei District Council.
