Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land

Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Secretary of Transport, the General Manager Policy, having obtained, pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance, hereby approves, pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Wanganui District Council and specifies that this approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 507 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 15 on Deposited Plan 3837 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 6A, folio 832 (Wellington Registry).
