Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Riverside Drain—Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of October 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 13th day of October 1994, No. 105, page 3095, under the heading “Land Acquired for Riverside Drain—Hawke’s Bay District” by substituting the area of land referred to in the Schedule with the following:

“579 square metres, being part Lot 48, D.P. 752, Block IV, Te Mata Survey District; marked “A” on S.O. Plan 10508, held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.”
