Pursuant to section 80 (1) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, the Public Trustee hereby gives notice that on 5 September 1994, an order was made by the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington under Part V of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, appointing the Public Trustee manager of the 588 shares in Lloyds Bank Plc and the dividends thereon in the name of Bessie Judge Purefoy.

Conservation

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve, Classification of a Reserve and Vesting of a Reserve in the Hurunui District Council

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Forestry, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a recreation reserve, and pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, hereby vests the reserve in The Hurunui District Council, in trust, for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of that Act.

Canterbury Land District—Hurunui District

17,3500 hectares, being Rural Section 40568, shown as Lot 1, L.T. 59812. All Procs. 1098 and Gazette 900105/3 and part Gazette notices 50529/1 and 900105/2.
