Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve of the Takamatau Reserve Board, Vesting of a Reserve in the Banks Peninsula District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the appointment of the Takamatau Reserve Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in The Banks Peninsula District Council in trust for a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59648, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 634, folio 92, South Auckland Land Registry.
