Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 338 of Te
Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and pursuant to a
recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori
freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby
set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
inclusion as part of Pa-Te-Aroha Marae for the common
use and benefit of the Maori people resident in the
Hokianga district.

recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori

preservation and enjoyment of the land’s fauna and flora
for the common use and benefit of the owners of
