NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
Amendment to Notice Relating to Conservation Land
Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice authorising the exchange of conservation land dated the 16th day of December 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 January 1994, by omitting from the First Schedule of the said notice “S.O. Plan 15177” and inserting in its place “S.O. Plan 15117”.

Reserves Act 1977
Classification of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Tomahawk Lagoon Wildlife Management Reserve.

3035 square metres, more or less, being Section 42, situated in Block III, Tomahawk Survey District. S.O. 2446, New Zealand Gazette, 1900, page 14.

Revocation of The Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Northland Conservancy, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (utility) reserve of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

In the notice, dated 14 September 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 September 1993, No. 136, page 2824 in the Schedule “Area 1.4167 ha, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan S. 35025, being part Rangitoto A12B2B3A and being all that parcel of land contained in certificate of title, Volume 32A, folio 375, South Auckland Registry”, read “Area 1.2730 ha, being all that parcel of land contained in certificate of title, Volume 47A, folio 645 and Area 1430 m², being all that parcel of land contained in certificate of title, Volume 47A, folio 644.”

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation. The description of the land and beneficiaries are described as follows:
