Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1994, No. 7.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Education Lands Act 1949

Land Declared No Longer Needed for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the District Property Manager, Ministry of Education, Central East, Napier, declares the land in Schedule to be no longer needed for education purposes.
