Election of Producers' Representative Ward No. 4—Roll of Eligible Electors
Notice is hereby given that a copy of the roll of pig producers eligible to vote in the forthcoming election for one producer member to represent Ward No. 4 on the Pork Industry Board will be available for inspection at the following places:

Privacy Act Code of Practice Notice 1994/1
Pursuant to Part VI of the Privacy Act 1993 the Privacy Commissioner gives notice as follows—
Citation
- This notice may be cited as the Privacy Act Code of Practice Notice 1994/1.
Issue of Amendment to Code of Practice
-
The Health Information Privacy Code 1993 (Temporary) Amendment No. 1:
(a) was issued on the Commissioner's own initiative on 8 February 1994;
(b) shall come into force on 9 February 1994;
(c) shall expire on 30 June 1994.
Urgent Issue of Amendment
- The Commissioner, considering that it is necessary to issue the amendment and being satisfied that it would be impracticable to follow the procedures set out in section 48 of the Act because it is necessary to issue the amendment urgently, has issued the amendment without complying with those procedures in reliance on section 52 (1) of the Act.
Availability of Amendment

Copies of the amendment are available for inspection, free of charge at the offices of:
(a) Privacy Commissioner: 20 Waterloo Quadrant, Auckland and 44–52 The Terrace, Wellington;
(b) Human Rights Commission: 45 Queen Street, Auckland, 107 Customhouse Quay, Wellington and 84 Gloucester Street, Christchurch;
(c) Ombudsmen: 17 Albert Street, Auckland, 163 The Terrace, Wellington and 728 Colombo Street, Christchurch;
(d) Ministry of Consumer Affairs: 58 Atkinson Avenue, Otahuhu, 33 Bowen Street, Wellington and 33 Lichfield Street, Christchurch.

Copies of the amendment are available from the office of the Privacy Commissioner and from Bennetts Bookshops Limited.
