Road Stopped and Land Set Apart in Rotorua District

Pursuant to Parts III and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped and pursuant to section 52, further declares the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59891, to be set apart for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Rotorua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and pursuant to section 118, further declares the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 2, S.O. 59891, to be an esplanade reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Rotorua District Council.
