Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1994, No. 6.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto, are hereby revoked.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired and a Road Realignment in Rotorua District

Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for water supply purposes and shall vest in The Rotorua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Rotorua District Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(7), declares the pieces of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that areas “D”, “F”, “G” and “H”, now known as Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4, S.O. 59741 respectively, shall be added to the adjacent land held for scenic reserve by virtue of New Zealand Gazette notice H. 678605, South Auckland Land Registry.
