Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 2B/600.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, hereby amends the declaration dated 28 July 1994, published in New Zealand Gazette of 4 August 1994, No. 77 at page 2486, by amending the name “Jocelyn” to “Joycelyn”.

Road Realignment (Pahiatua Track) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 42D/459, subject to sections 241 and 242 (1) and (2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 and memorandum of mortgage B. 054575.2.
